Excellent value for the price. Modest rooms but well cleaned Rooms can get warm but opening the window will fix that. A fan would be a nice addition. Very friendly staff :)
Location is very close to the zocalo and walking distance to most attractions. Although it is along the main road, our room was in the inner part of the building so it was not noisy. Room was clean and tv worked. WiFi and continental breakfast included. Hot showers were hit or miss. Depending on the time of day, you may have to take a cold shower! We found that hot water was usually available in the morning and later at night. We did not have a car, so I'm not sure what the hotel offers in terms of parking. But we saw several underground parking garages very close to the hotel.

Excelente lugar para descansar Lo mas importante como visitante es donde dejar tu auto. Pero en este hotel inmediatamente te lo guardan y te preguntan a que hora requieres tu auto al día siguiente esta tu auto listo . Eso si es servicio de primera. Y la estancia de 10 .
I was there in March 2022 and the room was immaculate. There was plenty of storage space for clothes and the toilet and shower room were more than adequate. I stayed there for 8 nights with my girlfriend. This amounted to 155 GBP. The hotel is in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage in the Historic Centre of Puebla (Centro histórico de Puebla). There are very few places on the planet where you can get such amazing value for money in the Centre of such a wonderful city with amazing museums & churches of historical importance on your doorstep. The restaurants and street food stands are second to none. I was back in the city in September 2022 in time for the Mexican Independence Celebrations. Four days of partying from the 15th. An amazing city.
